Snake bite |

Trongsa, besides being an important place in the history of Bhutan, it is also known for snakes. It is mainly due to the moist and humid atmosphere during the rainy season.
Every year almost two to three people are referred to hospital because of snake bites. This year the first case is reported with the snake bite on 13 July at a place called Simjee. The man who is bitten on the hand is under treatment in the hospital.
