Hon’ble Lyonpo Kuenzang visits Trongsa |

Hon’ble Lyonpo Kuenzang visited Trongsa on 12 July 2010 to discuss with the DLOs and relevant stake holders on the rangeland/Tsamdrog tenure and transfer system for and on behalf of Ministry of Agriculture and Forests.
A number of selected farmers owning Tsamdrog were selected to attend the meeting held on the 12 July from 3PM to 5PM at Yangkhil resort. The main purpose of the visit was to look at the complexities of the Tsamdrog after National Assembly said the Land Act 2007 needs to be amended especially on the nationalization of rangeland and community Tsamdrog.
Hon’ble Minister halted for the night here at Yangkhil Resort and left for Bumthang on 13 July.
